Molly Tarlov
Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011, and is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy television show. Tarlov was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, as the younger of two daughters. Tarlov began her professional career at the age of 10 when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by seven grade students. Later on, as she grew older, she went to summer camps at Interlochen Center for the Arts and then in Paris working with NYU's Tisch. She was trained in a variety of styles for acting and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. She also attended The Atlantic Theater Company and found a way to incorporate writing into her acting at her LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly exchanged her winter coat for black sunglasses, and headed towards Los Angeles. The parents of her were extremely impressed after she was offered a job that required just three words on iCarly. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. The actress also developed the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly loves to pretend that she's a pro basketball player although it's just not factual. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
