" alt="Stevie Wonder-3-819x1024"/>Tatyana Marisol Ali, born January 24 1979 is an American actress. Her character in the role of Ashley Banks in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air is her most famous. At four years old she began singing and was soon able gain some fame when she asked her mother for permission to send her to Sesame Street auditions. When she was six-year-old, she began an acting career by appearing regularly on the PBS children's program Sesame Street. Her acting career continued throughout New York City with many productions such as Fences which is a Broadway production, as well as Orfeo del Campo which was Off-Broadway's production. She was the winner of Star Search twice when she was seven years old. Her second appearance was rewarded with a score of four stars.
